From the GIBSON CUSTOM SHOP---- THE DALE EARNHARDT LES PAUL Serial # DE-97 This is a brand-new unplayed limited edition guitar just out of a private collection, includes “Gibson Custom Art - Historic” hard-shell case. This is #97 of 333 consecutively numbered instruments from the Gibson Custom Shop. Hand-crafted from the finest materials including mahogany, chrome, and ebony plus illustrated by Sam Bass. Sam Bass’ artwork depicts a portrayal of Dale Earnhardt, over a carbon-fiber background, on the front; with the No. 3 GM Goodwrench Service Plus Chevrolet Monte Carlo on the back, as well as Dale Earnhardt's signature inlaid on the fretboard. It has "lug nut" volume and tone controls, plus real Simpson Safety belt for strap with authentic hood pins. The guitars from this series pay tribute to two greats – Dale Earnhardt & Les Paul. This is an awesome guitar and a great NASCAR collector piece! This guitar is #DE-97 of THE DALE EARNHARDT Gibson Les Paul series, making this guitar a rare instrument and an excellent investment.
